Vault, a non-bank private lending company, seeks a dedicated Accounting Analyst to enhance our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in accounts payable, receivable, and customer service queries.

Your role will support daily management reporting and ensure timely financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce cash receipt entries and perform reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Investigate customer service queries and resolve issues

• Calculate monthly loan/lease payments accurately

• Compile and distribute daily management reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

• Two years of relevant work experience

• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Knowledge of Lease Plus, Aspire, and Great Plains is a plus
