Position: BDO Assurance Intern Student Role
Join BDO as a Co-op Intern in the Assurance Department starting January 2028, and leverage your accounting skills while developing strong client relationships.

The Assurance & Accounting team in GTA is looking for dedicated students for either a four-month or eight-month internship. This position emphasizes hands-on learning by preparing financial statements and assisting with Assurance engagements. Candidates will develop rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prepare notice to reader engagements

• Communicate client needs and project status

• Collaborate with team members for successful outcomes

• Gather documentation for assurance assignments

• Maintain professional relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Actively enrolled in an accounting degree program

• Commitment to outstanding client service

• Demonstrate initiative and leadership skills

• Excellent analytical and communication proficiencies

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience valuable leadership and project skills while pursuing growth at BDO in the Assurance department.
