Position: Finance Assistant at Navacord
Kickstart your career with Navacord as a Finance Assistant on a 4-month contract. This role focuses on transactional tasks, account reconciliations, and administrative support within the finance team.

As a Finance Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations by handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintaining financial records for multiple Navacord partners, including Navacord Ives and Travel Solutions. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be crucial. The position requires excellent communication and attention to detail as you work alongside colleagues to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cash and cheque deposit collections

• Support accounts receivable and payable processes

• Maintain financial records and filing systems

• Help reconcile carrier statements as directed

• Perform administrative duties and assist coordination

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in accounting or administrative role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Discretion in handling sensitive financial information

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
