Position: Accounts Administrator in Live Entertainment
Become an essential part of the finance team at The Feldman Agency, a leader in live entertainment. The Accounts & Payroll Administrator role focuses on payroll and artist settlement management in a hands-on environment.

Seeking a motivated individual with 2+ years in accounting or bookkeeping to facilitate payroll processing and provide financial insights for live events. Success in this role requires proficiency in Microsoft 365, an understanding of CRA requirements, and experience in project-based industries. This is an in-office position that supports dynamic financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll processes and ensure compliance

• Track and summarize finances for live performances

• Manage artist show settlement entries and data

• Perform data entry and journal postings with accuracy

• Update and reconcile bank transactions with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially in Excel

• Payroll system experience with Ceridian is beneficial

• Knowledge of HST/GST remittance standards

• Relevant post-secondary education in finance or accounting
