Hybrid General Accountant

Position: Hybrid General Accountant Role
Exciting opportunity for a General Accountant in Toronto, ON (Hybrid) with a focus on consumer goods. Leverage your accounting skills in a key operational position to support financial accuracy.

This position focuses on daily transactional responsibilities, vendor relations, and essential bookkeeping. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you’ll be integral to operations by performing reconciliations and high-level tax reporting. An inquisitive and detail-oriented approach will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily transactional accounting activities

• Conduct account reconciliations for accuracy

• Respond to inquiries in the general accounting inbox

• Contribute to month-end routines and GST reporting

• Maintain data integrity in the Net Suite ERP system

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in Net Suite or similar cloud ERP

• Strong grasp of AP/AR processes and compliance

• Detail-oriented with ownership mentality

• Positive communication and service-oriented skills
