Financial Analyst Inventory Accounting

As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Inventory Accounting, contributing to improved financial accuracy and operational procedures. You will handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis related to inventory management and obsolescence. Your insights will help resolve crucial accounting issues while supporting key business initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting

• Investigate variances and identify trends

• Collaborate with Finance and business teams on issues

• Maintain financial controls and support audits

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation or actively pursuing it

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of IFRS

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Copilot
