Transfer Pricing Intern at RSM

RSM is seeking an intern who is enrolled in a business undergraduate program, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance. You will participate in client engagements, collaborating with other associates to conduct economic and financial analyses of multinational corporations. This role demands strong analytical skills and an ability to prepare compliance documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client engagements from planning to completion

• Conduct detailed analyses for tax and transfer pricing projects

• Evaluate intercompany transfers and perform financial benchmarks

• Prepare financial data using MS Excel and other tools

• Review and analyze GAAP financial statements

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program

• Business major preferred, with a minimum 3.0 GPA

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
