You will handle all accounting tasks for properties, including preparing monthly financial reports, managing budgets, and conducting bank reconciliations. The role also involves addressing tenant disputes, performing vendor payment assessments, and collaborating with various departments for accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and budget preparation

• Analyze tenant accounts for accurate billing

• Collaborate with Lease Administration on financial statements

• Monitor capital expenditures and property improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in property management or commercial real estate

• CPA, CA, or CGA designation is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management

• Knowledge of Yardi software is an asset

• Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively
