Join EPiQVision as an Accounting Specialist to enhance financial operations at our Toronto office. This pivotal role involves financial record maintenance and detailed project accounting.
The Accounting and Finance Specialist will support critical financial processes while ensuring accuracy in daily operations. Your responsibilities will range from processing invoices and expense reports to month-end reconciliations. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will contribute to our financial health and enhance service quality across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process subcontractor invoices and maintain vendor relationships
• Oversee credit card reconciliations and related documentation
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts
• Monitor customer account balances and prepare aging reports
• Coordinate with project teams for timely billing and invoicing
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years in accounting or bookkeeping
• Education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in event-related finance is advantageous
