As an AP Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and vendor relationships within Metergy, a recognized leader in submetering. You’ll apply strong analytical and communication skills to oversee payment operations and resolve discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outstanding AP invoices and vendor agreements

• Process invoices accurately for weekly payments

• Set up vendors on EFT and conduct penny testing

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment disputes

• Maintain communication with vendors regarding payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting

• 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis

• ERP system familiarity, preferably Microsoft Dynamics

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
