We are looking for a motivated Senior Accountant for our US Corporate tax practice in Toronto. This position emphasizes tax return preparation, research initiatives, and management of client accounts. You will play a crucial role in leading tax projects and developing strategies while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assess US corporate tax documents

• Conduct assessments to ensure compliance

• Execute technical tax research and recommendations

• Coordinate effectively with clients and tax authorities

• Lead junior team members to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• US CPA or Enrolled Agent required

• Minimum two years experience in US taxation

• Public accounting firm experience is an asset

• Strong organizational skills required

• Familiarity with tax software such as CCH is a plus
