As a Senior Accountant, you will be integral in guiding clients through complex accounting challenges, from revenue recognition to IPO compliance. Your 3 to 4 years of public accounting experience will be pivotal as you prepare documentation, conduct research, and interact with regulatory bodies. Collaborating with various internal teams, you'll also play a key role in mentoring junior accountants and exploring innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical advisory services for accounting standards

• Assist clients with their IPO readiness and strategy

• Prepare comprehensive financial and regulatory documents

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for client solutions

• Keep managers updated on engagement progress

Requirements:

• CPA designation or working towards it

• 3 to 4 years of relevant public accounting work

• Deep understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, ASPE standards

• Familiarity with Canadian and US securities regulators

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
