Position: Proactive Accounting Manager Needed
Step into a key role at Purves Redmond Limited as an Accounting Manager, where integrity and client service are paramount. This position emphasizes financial reporting and regulatory compliance in an insurance brokerage context.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. Your key duties will include overseeing reconciliations, managing premium accounting, and assisting in audits. You will also train team members while identifying efficiency improvements to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reconciliation of policy transactions and commissions

• Address premium accounting matters for stakeholders

• Participate in month-end closures and journal entries

• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors

• Propose automation for financial procedures

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 5-7 years in accounting, ideally in insurance brokerage

• CPA designation is advantageous

• Knowledge of ASPE and strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
