In this position, reporting to the Manager of Inventory Accounting, you will engage in preparing journal entries and conducting detailed financial analysis on inventory-related matters. Your responsibilities will include supporting monthly financial reporting and investigating variances to offer insightful recommendations. Additionally, you will partner with finance teams to address accounting challenges while enhancing overall process efficiency through automation and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations

• Support quarterly and yearly financial reporting

• Investigate financial variances and trends

• Partner with teams for resolving accounting issues

• Maintain essential financial controls and audit support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation or in-progress

• 2-3 years of related experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with relevant tools is an asset
