Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments and manage collections

• Oversee vendor payment entries for CFO approval

• Handle payroll entries and general ledger reconciliations

• Prepare monthly tax filings and reports

• Execute special financial projects as needed

Requirements:

• At least 10+ years of accounting experience

• Completion or enrollment in an accounting degree program

• Familiarity with ERP systems, Net Suite is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
