As part of the finance department, you'll manage the accounting cycles for various commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Control the full accounting cycle for property portfolios

• Prepare monthly financial statements and operating cost estimates

• Analyze balance sheets for variance reporting

• Handle property tax appeals and CAM audit processes

• Support the finance team with annual budgeting activities

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in Property Accounting

• Degree or diploma in accounting or related studies

• Strong MS Excel and MS Word capabilities

• Desire to achieve CPA designation

• Bilingual (French and English) beneficial
