Position: Financial Analyst for Real Estate Properties
Join Choice Properties as a Senior Financial Analyst, focusing on real estate in Toronto. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills to enhance financial reporting and property performance.

As part of a dynamic team at Choice Properties, you will leverage 3-5 years of accounting experience to drive financial performance across our retail property portfolio.

Your role will involve preparing detailed analyses, assisting with budgets, and ensuring accurate reporting while fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis of rent and expenses by region

• Oversee straight line rent setup and accuracy

• Prepare Net Operating Income variance reports

• Assist in budget and forecast preparation

• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Asset Management teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in real estate accounting

• Educational background in Accounting or Economics

• CPA designation highly regarded

• Advanced skills in Excel and JD Edwards preferred

• Excellent detail orientation and communication
