Accounts Receivable Specialist

Join Vaco/Highspring's client as an Accounts Receivable Specialist focused on accuracy in invoicing and customer payments. This role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail in a hybrid work model.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage the complete accounts receivable cycle, ensuring invoice accuracy and efficient payment application.

Your role involves following up on overdue balances while coordinating with project teams to address billing issues. Customer inquiries and month-end AR reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for accuracy and process customer payments

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively

• Monitor aging reports and escalate outstanding accounts

• Address customer inquiries related to invoices and statements

• Support month-end AR reporting tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections

• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel

• Strong communication skills for team coordination

• Detail-oriented and organized multitasker

• Must reside in Greater Toronto Area, eligibility to work in Canada
