At RSM, you will provide assurance services to a wide range of consumer-focused companies. Your work will encompass auditing financial statements and guiding clients through complex business cycles while developing your professional skill set and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely audits of financial statements and related disclosures

• Train and oversee Audit Associates during engagements

• Anticipate client concerns and facilitate effective communication

• Prepare essential deliverables such as deficiency letters

• Identify audit approach for complex financial areas

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or comparable discipline

• Active CPA license or in-progress CPA track

• 2-3 years of relevant assurance experience

• Proficient with auditing tools and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and project management skills
