Position: Senior Financial Analyst: AR and Compensation

In this pivotal role within the Finance Shared Services team, you will manage dentist payment processes and perform thorough accounts receivable analyses. By identifying discrepancies and working closely with operations, you will ensure timely, accurate reporting and enhance the overall financial health of the organization. This position allows for mentorship of junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate dentist compensation payments

• Analyze and monitor AR trends and variances

• Prepare month-end reconciliations and journal entries

• Collaborate with managers on performance and resolutions

• Assist in onboarding and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred

• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Background in healthcare or shared services preferred

• Attention to detail with a proactive approach
