Position: Senior Analyst Role at Vaco/Highspring
Drive financial excellence as a Senior Financial Analyst at Vaco/Highspring, on a contract basis with potential for permanence. This position involves comprehensive financial analysis and strategic advisory roles.

You will take charge of preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and conducting monthly P&L variance analysis. Acting as a business consultant, you will collaborate with Branch Managers across Ontario to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and profitability. Additional tasks include preparing for audits and managing rent roll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record monthly journal entries accurately

• Conduct variance analysis for P&L on a monthly basis

• Collaborate with Branch Managers on business improvements

• Resolve accounting discrepancies timely and effectively

• Assist in year-end audit requirements and responses

Requirements:

• CPA credential or in final stages of completion

• At least 3 years of relevant experience required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Inventory Management is an asset

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
