In this pivotal role, you will manage Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring accurate financial outcomes and maintaining control over accounting processes. This manager will also be a critical player in the implementation of Yardi, scheduled for 2027, driving process improvements across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Yardi subject matter expert through implementation

• Review detailed monthly financial results and projections

• Lead general ledger closing for year-end processes

• Mentor team members through continuous development

• Coordinate year-end audit preparation and filings

Requirements:

• 7 years in accounting, ideally in property accounting

• 2 years of management experience leading finance teams

• Strong practical experience with Yardi systems

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis

• CPA and relevant degree are advantageous
