About the Role
We are looking for a hands on, self motivated  Accounting Associate  to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Quick Books experience, solid accounting fundamentals, and a willingness to take ownership of their work.

You will be part of a fast growing organization where processes and systems continue to evolve. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a collaborative and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day to day accounting activities using Quick Books

Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions

Prepare bank and account reconciliations

Assist with month end and year end accounting activities

Work with various departments to resolve accounting related questions and issues

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems

Take on additional responsibilities as the organization grows

Qualifications and Skills

Hands on experience with  Quick Books , particularly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, debits, credits, and journal entries

General understanding of financial statements

Accounting diploma, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and follow up

What We Offer

Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000
