Cycle Accounting Manager

Position: Full Cycle Accounting Manager Role
Lead TO Live's finance initiatives as an Accounting Manager based in Toronto, Canada. This full-time role emphasizes detailed financial reporting and management oversight.

As part of TO Live's Finance team, the Accounting Manager will manage all aspects of the general ledger and oversee the preparation of key financial documents. Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will include managing cash flow, reviewing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a dynamic arts environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial month-end and year-end processes

• Generate financial management reports for leadership

• Supervise accounts receivable and payable functions

• Monitor cash activities and initiate process improvements

• Assist with audit preparations and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of full cycle accounting experience

• Experience in NFP sectors, particularly in the arts

• CPA certification preferred but not required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
