Position: Hybrid Bookkeeper for Fox Group Finance
Join Fox Group as a Hybrid Bookkeeper in Toronto, where your accounting skills will support our expanding retail team. You’ll work both remotely and in-person, managing essential financial processes.

In this role, you will handle bookkeeping and accounts payable tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records while supporting the Finance team. With a strong background in Canadian accounting practices, you will utilize Quick Books Online to manage a diverse range of financial transactions. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute significantly to our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and code vendor invoices efficiently

• Reconcile cash deposits and sales transactions

• Prepare detailed journal entries for financial reporting

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

• Assist in preparing financial reports for landlords

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

• Knowledge of Canadian accounting and sales tax

• Experience with Quick Books Online essential

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP

• Experience in multi-location retail environments preferred
