Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records

• Conduct daily and weekly bank reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable inquiries and transactions

• Assist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations

• Provide variance analysis on financial accounts

Requirements:

• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or similar

• Proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Netsuite and Concur is preferable
