As a leader in the Finance team, you will manage the financial closing process for the North America Toy Creative Center.
Your role includes maintaining accurate records, implementing internal controls, and collaborating across various departments to enhance financial decision-making. You’ll engage in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the financial close process for North America Toy
• Oversee accrual processes for commissions
• Ensure accurate reconciliations of the general ledger
• Implement internal controls to protect financial assets
• Drive improvements in accounting efficiency
Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• Managerial experience of 4 years or more
• Proven expertise in IFRS and financial reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP/BPC
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
