Hybrid Senior Manager in Property Accounting

This managerial position reports to the Director of Property Accounting, emphasizing leadership and the implementation of process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative team environment among accounting staff

• Advise business leaders on financial and operational matters

• Ensure accuracy in all financial activities and reporting

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results with insights

• Provide timely deliverables for co-owner expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years of property accounting experience

• At least three years in a supervisory role

• Solid understanding of IFRS and internal controls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

• Preferred accounting designation (CPA, CMA or CGA)
