As Senior Director of Accounting Operations at EDB, lead an exceptional team in global accounting practices. This position blends technical expertise in US GAAP with strategic leadership.
You will report to the VP, contributing fundamentally to our accounting function and IPO preparations. Expected to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and oversee internal controls with a focus on operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience and a knack for team development in high-impact roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct global accounting close processes and improve efficiencies
• Design a comprehensive internal controls model
• Oversee technical accounting research and documentation
• Act as a liaison for external auditors and Board members
• Mentor a global team of accounting professionals
Requirements:
• 12+ years of accounting experience, including leadership
• CPA and Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
• Proven experience in public company accounting
• Proficiency with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication
