Partner with IT and operations teams to translate complex accounting structures into robust relational data models and automated reporting dashboards.

Ensure the data warehouse supports historical archiving, multi-period audit readiness, and quick data retrieval for M&A due diligence.

Financial Systems & Access Management

Serve as the primary business owner for the group's key financial systems and ERP platform.

Design, implement, and manage a user access management framework, ensuring strict Segregation of Duties (SoD) across all entities, in partnership with IT and system administrators.

Periodically review system access permissions to comply with internal controls, corporate governance, and data privacy regulations.

Oversee cross-border tax compliance, including corporate income tax filings, GST/HST, PST, and QST in Canada, and federal, state, and local tax filings in the US, coordinating filings with internal teams and external advisors.

Coordinate with external tax advisors and CPAs on transfer pricing documentation, permanent establishment risks, and nexus studies.
