In this full-time, temporary position, you will be integral to the NAMER payroll team. Your experience in processing multi-state payrolls, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills will ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions. Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams while maintaining compliance with shifting tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls across multiple states

• Ensure accuracy of payroll transactions and reports

• Assist with payroll reconciliation prior to transmission

• Collaborate with HR on various payroll-related issues

• Handle sensitive payroll data with confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience

• Familiarity with multi-state payroll requirements

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience with payroll software like Ceridian/Dayforce or Workday

• Ability to adapt to changing environments
