Senior Yardi Property Administrator

Master Yardi rent rolls and tenant ledgers as a Senior Property Administrator in a full-time, in-office centralized role port Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia portfolios.

This senior property administration role manages high-volume transactional work across multiple jurisdictions. You will support tenant accounts, lease administration, notices, deposits, reporting, and reconciliations. The position partners with on-site General and Property Managers and leasing teams while standardizing centralized processes.

• Audit rent rolls, charges, concessions, deposits, and tenant ledgers
• Post recurring charges, reversals, interest, refunds, and payments
• Process leases, renewals, notices, board orders, and arrears
• Analyze receivables and distribute weekly arrears reports
• Complete reconciliations, invoicing, GPR reporting, and insurance tracking

• Two to three years of property management experience
• Advanced, hands-on Yardi proficiency is mandatory
• Accounting or bookkeeping background with ledger experience
• Strong Excel, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related discipline
