Support payroll backup and financial reporting at Marianhill as an Accounting Clerk – Finance with accounting software experience. Work Monday to Friday for 75 hours bi-weekly.
This Accounting Clerk – Finance supports Marianhill’s Director of Finance and Administration. The position combines accounting duties, payroll functions, and periodic financial report preparation. Work follows Marianhill’s Mission Statement, established policies, procedures, and current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform various accounting duties accurately
- Provide backup for payroll functions
- Assist with periodic financial report preparation
- Maintain accounting practices and internal controls
- Two-year accounting-focused Business Administration diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of accounting experience
- Payroll and payroll software experience
- Accounting software experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables
Bring accurate accounting, payroll, reporting, and analytical skills to Marianhill’s Finance team while meeting firm deadlines.
