Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Lead IFRS reporting and ERP evolution at Clutch as Senior Financial Reporting Manager, guiding accurate close processes and audit readiness.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this senior finance leader architects decision-grade reporting from extensive vehicle data. The position owns technical accounting, statutory reporting, and internal controls ahead of IPO readiness. It also leads a growing accounting team while partnering with Financial Systems leadership.

• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Deliver accurate financial statements and supplementary information
• Lead external audits, statutory reporting, and auditor relationships
• Design internal-control, risk-management, and policy frameworks
• Drive ERP evolution and accounting automation with Financial Systems

• CPA designation with five to eight years leadership experience
• Big Four experience required
• Command of IFRS and advanced technical accounting knowledge
• Manufacturing or complex supply-chain accounting experience
• Experience leading teams and strengthening internal controls
