Associate Director Financial Reporting

Lead financial reporting and investment accounting in a hybrid Associate Director role requiring one office day weekly. Strengthen controls across multiple entities.

This experienced finance leader oversees accounting and reporting functions in a complex, multi-entity environment. The role covers consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will support organizational decision-making while developing accounting practices and teams.

• Prepare pension statements, management reports, filings, and audit documentation
• Oversee general ledger integrity, consolidations, and financial close
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and variance reporting
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strengthen controls, accounting policies, processes, and financial systems

• CPA designation required
• Five to eight years of progressive finance experience
• Three or more years in a leadership role
• Multi-entity reporting and consolidation experience
• Not-for-profit and pension plan reporting knowledge required
