SAP Finance Co-op Student

Use SAP and Basware in a hybrid Toronto finance placement with Lindt & Sprüngli. Develop practical skills across invoice matching and expense processing.

The Accounts Payable Co-op provides Winter 2027 support for Lindt Canada’s Finance team. From January through April, you will process invoice and expense activities while maintaining a small accounts payable portfolio. The work connects with Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, Packaging, and Accounts Payable colleagues.

• Process indirect expenses through Basware
• Match third-party invoices and supporting details in SAP
• Match intercompany invoices with receipts
• Attend to statement reconciliation and vendor inquiries
• Collaborate across Accounts Payable and partner teams

• Student in an accredited finance or accounting co-operative program
• Within six months of recently graduating
• Knowledge of accounting principles and foreign currencies
• Ability to multitask independently and collaboratively
• Accounts Payable experience considered an asset
