Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst

Manage billing accuracy and collections for Beanfield’s residential and commercial accounts in a hybrid work model with three office days weekly. Use analytical judgment and customer communication to resolve payment issues.

As an Accounts Receivable and Collections Analyst, you will support billing operations, account management, and timely collections. The role involves monitoring balances, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and supporting payment cycles. You will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders while improving collection effectiveness.

• Monitor billing activities, balances, missed billings, and outstanding charges
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues collaboratively
• Maintain accurate customer account and payment information
• Follow up on overdue residential and commercial accounts
• Support reconciliations, reporting, month-end activities, and special projects

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related finance
• Understanding of billing processes and collection practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Google product suite and accounting or ERP systems proficiency
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
