This permanent salaried role supports Menkes Developments Ltd.’s Accounting and Tax Teams across corporate, investment, and related entities. Responsibilities include annual tax filings, CRA requests, audits, HST reporting, and management analysis. Candidates interested in the CPA designation can access practical experience opportunities and exam support.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare annual tax filings using Taxprep
- Gather documentation for CRA audit and information requests
- Support annual audits and compile supporting schedules
- Assist with HST filings and related requests
- Research tax matters and compliance requirements
- Undergraduate degree with an Accounting major
- Interest in pursuing the CPA designation
- Taxation course completion preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn accounting and tax concepts
Support Taxprep filings, CRA responses, audits, and compliance analysis while developing accounting expertise with Menkes Developments Ltd.
