Position: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (Part-Time
Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support the President of Unscripted & Kids & Family on a part-time basis. This role requiresexcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manageday-to-day administrative tasks and support office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiriesin a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetingarrangements for the President.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travellogistics.
  • Provide general administrative support including documentpreparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area and meetingspaces are organized and presentable.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Support internal communications and assist with light content creation using tools such as Canva (an asset).
  • Use project management tools to support ongoing team projects (anasset).

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention todetail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management tools and Canva is an asset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity andprofessionalism.
  • Part-time position with possible growth into full-time (schedule tobe determined).
  • In-office presence is required to manage reception and supporton-site needs.
