As the Property Administrator, you will tackle a wide variety of administrative duties, overall supporting the Property Management team. Building and maintaining positive tenant relationships, organizing filing systems for tenants and vendors. Assist with the master property schedule, ensure completion of PO’s, track work orders, and coordinate with maintenance. This is a new role developed out of growth with opportunities to stretch your responsibilities into all areas of property management.
