Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)


Our downtown client seeks a polished, professional Receptionist & Office Administrator for a leading financial firm serving high-net-worth clients. This role involves greeting visitors with discretion, managing a multi-line phone system, maintaining an organized reception area, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include liaising with facilities and security, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and serving as Health & Safety Representative.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
