Position: Administrative Coordinator (3-Month Contract)
Contract Duration: ASAP to Mid March (Potential Extension)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week)
Salary: $25+/hour
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support a government-funded legal services organization during an organization-wide technology initiative. This 3-month contract offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, public-sector environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams, consultants, and government partners.
- Track all project communications and action items to ensure follow-through.
- Record and distribute clear, concise meeting minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries, onsite support, and training materials.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings to keep projects moving.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative/project coordination or executive support in government, legal, or not-for-profit settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with technology, ticketing systems, and vendor coordination
- Professional, adaptable, and collaborative
