Our client located in downtown Toronto is looking for a Senior Executive Project Coordinator to add to their team. Coordinating and tracking initiatives, project plans, and deliverables. Developing timelines, reports, conducting research, and compiling data. Providing administrative support to executives. Supporting operational initiatives. Serving as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Fluently Bilingual in both French/English, written and verbal. 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives. Strong project coordination, multitasking, and executive support skills. Superior working knowledge of MS Office proficiency.
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
