Apply to support the Vice President of Digital Health and the Chief Information Officer at CAMH
. This full‑time role is temporary for 18 months and requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

- Provide senior administrative and clerical support to the Vice President, Digital Health, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel.
- Comply with corporate protocol and information management / IT processes for all communications.
- Prepare correspondences, reports, policies and presentations.
- Organize committee meetings, compile materials and draft minutes.
- Support special projects and the VP’s schedule as required.
- Represent the office of the VP/Chief Information Officer to stakeholders across CAMH and external partners such as health‑care and educational institutions and government departments.
- Work independently in a dynamic environment and coordinate with other Executive Leadership Team Assistants.
- Minimum of five years of senior administrative experience; bachelor’s degree or community college diploma in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of office administration practices, corporate protocol and IM/IT processes.
- Experience in an organization that addresses mental health and/or addictions.
- Strong written and oral communication, presentation and minute‑taking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
- Hiring Salary Range: $63,824.57 – $79,780.71 per year (based on qualifications and experience).
- Full Salary Range: $63,824.57 – $95,736.85 per year (reflecting potential growth).
