The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining the daily vehicle licensing operations s role is an integral part of our Field Operations team, as you’ll be completing a large volume of licensing tasks before each scheduled delivery. Ensuring that you deliver an incredible customer experience is a key part of this role. Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate is a highly motivated self‑starter willing to take ownership of various key administrative tasks and has previously worked in a customer experience‑focused role.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build a positive relationship with the Ministry.
- Process licensing and registration paperwork for used vehicles.
- Collect and organize documentation required for licensing.
- Collaborate with the Revenue, Field Operations, and Production teams to coordinate the timely and accurate completion of licensing.
- Own and manage vehicle registration to streamline licensing procedures.
- Fill documents and store them.
- Keep up with any changes in licensing regulations and communicate updates to the team.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driving record in the last 3 years.
- Previous vehicle licensing experience preferred.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Self‑motivated.

- Excellent communication skills.

- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Technology savvy (Google Drive, Slack, etc.).
- Comfortable working on‑site at our Etobicoke facility as we transition to the new Mississauga facility.
