In this role, reporting to the Sr. Project Coordinator, you will manage daily scheduling and operational tracking for various Hydrovac activities. Your focus will be on maintaining a centralized schedule database, processing field requests, and ensuring compliance with local disposal regulations. This position demands excellent organizational prowess and the ability to manage competing tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Central Hydrovac Schedule Database for efficiency
• Confirm and process all incoming Hydrovac requests
• Coordinate assignments with internal crews and subcontractors
• Track and analyze schedule KPIs for operations
• Update schedules with pre-scheduled work promptly
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Construction Management or similar
• 1–3 years in fleet or project management
• Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
• Ability to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders
