BMO is currently sourcing for a Junior Support Analyst to support the Digital Transformation & Strategy team.
This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).
The Junior Support Analyst will provide administrative and ticketing support to the Digital Transformation & Strategy team. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing project activities, handling service tickets, and supporting leadership with calendar and email management. This position contributes to the smooth operation of a high-volume environment within a Capital Markets context.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule team meetings and events
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Triage and follow up on service tickets and reporting
- Manage the Director’s calendar and email flow
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Process access requests and software/hardware purchases
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in email and calendar management tools
- Experience coordinating team meetings and events
- Knowledge of ticketing and reporting processes
- Background in banking or Capital Markets
- Previous experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator
- Strong exposure to stakeholder management and interaction
