Working under the Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will manage board meetings and ensure effective governance practices. You will play a critical role in developing work plans, preparing agendas, and supporting executive and committee functions. This specialist position demands strong communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines and uphold board standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize agendas and minutes for board committees
• Post materials to Diligent and manage submissions
• Assist in Board Member technology rollout
• Support annual governance reviews and initiatives
• Coordinate logistics for board and committee meetings
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or related experience
• 5+ years in senior administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently
Contribute to high-level governance practices at OTPP and support the board's vital operations.
