As the Administrative Coordinator for the Hospital's Quality Department, you will thrive in a collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities. Your support will be crucial for the SQLI, where you’ll coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and assist with accreditation activities to improve seniors' care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coordination support to SQLI leadership and committees
• Schedule and prepare materials for meetings
• Manage documentation for quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate onboarding of new SQLI members
• Assist with grant applications and marketing activities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Administration or related field
• Minimum of three years' administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in meeting coordination and documentation
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives
