You will handle damaged and misaddressed packages efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries. As a key contact for customer inquiries, you will be instrumental in optimizing service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clerical tasks in hub and station operations
• Address damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly
• Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other applications effectively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work part-time shifts Monday to Friday
